Want a quick & easy project that adds a touch of Valentine’s Day to your decor? These stackable LOVE blocks are a fun project to do with the kids and make adorable gifts for Valentine’s Day!
Supplies Needed:
- 4″ x 4″ x 4″ wood blocks (I cut mine from a leftover 4″ x 4″ fence post).
- Spray Paint in desired color (or acrylic paint)
- Valentine’s Day scrapbook paper
- Medium-Grit Sanding Block
- Mod Podge
- Foam paintbrushes
- Stencils, Stickers, Vinyl letters or other embellishments {optional}
Valentine’s Day Gift Instructions:
Step 1) Sand corners of the wood blocks to slightly round off edges
Step 2) Spray wood blocks with spray paint. Let dry completely.
Step 3) Lightly distress blocks with your sanding block if desired.
Step 4) Apply scrapbook paper using mod podge. Let dry.
Step 5) Add your own personality with stickers, vinyl letters and/or other embellishments
These blocks not only make a great Valentine’s Day gift but are versatile enough to be made for any occasion or holiday!
